TPU film is ideal for lamination to any textile that meets the requirements of your product application. It offers the advantage of a continuous structure, which permits water vapor to pass through, while preventing liquids from permeating the laminate.

Compared to other waterproof and breathable materials, TPU films are monolithic in nature, i.e. no micro pores are needed for the water vapor to pass through, thus the need for a second liquid layer is eliminated.

In addition to its high MVTR, breathable TPU offer similar benefits as standard TPU, including superb high and low temperature resistance, durability, strength, a soft hand or "feel" for skin contact applications, and abrasion and chemical resistance.
