Usage

Covering core, air interlacing yarn, circularly knitting, warp knitting, weft knitting, stockings, covering with cotton, medical bandage, baby and adult diaper,narrow fabric.

1. PTG and MDI are the main materials.It is the storage tank of PTG which is the main material of chemical reaction,and We have very strict requirement for the PTG purity.Our company can apply the most advanced continuous polymerization dry spinning techniques in the world,so the production line has a huge production capacity and stabilized polymers.

2.  The laboratory officers take sample from reaction liquide three times per day to test its solid content and viscosity.

3.Polymerization Workshop are responsible for the monitoring and control of production process ,and they also adjust the content of the polymer in different reaction tanks accroding to different requirements in order to achieve production requirments,so Polymerization Workshop is one of the most important workshops in our factory.

4.The polymer dope flows to the spining workshop through spining channel,and it eventually fomes the spandex bare yarn.The workers pick spandex bare yarn up and place them in the spining-machines,and then the products are pushed to the Grading Workshop.

5.The different levels of spandex bare yarn can be divided into the different grades

by workers and packed in the grading workshop.

6.The finished products will be tested the physical properties by workers in the Quality Control Workshop,including (1)Tenacity at Break(CN).(2)Elongation at Break(%).

(3)Stress at Elongation 300%(CN).( 4)Spining finish(%).

(5)Elastic recovery percent at elongation 300%.

(6)Boiling water Shrinkage(%).
