At Bangxing we use only the highest quality 100% virgin polypropylene (PP) imported from oversea countries. The resins are of high quality that secures the excellent property in entering the manufacturing line, which enables our bags with no contaminants and of good rigidity. With extra additive such as stabilizer, anti-oxygen, anti-microbial, and anti-aging the yarns made from pp resins can resist long time sunshine, heat, and humidity. Mix Polypropylene with little stability seasoning homogeneously to help prevent stress, fatigue, and possible collapse of the bag. Add gamut of colors to provide customers with various color options.

Bangxing manufactures both flat and round-woven PP fabrics, which are inspected and tested for quality during the weaving process. The operators have to make sure the yarns are not twisted or broken. The silk should not neither too tight nor too loose. And there should not have nubs in the process of weaving. The inspectors pay close attention to fabric defect: to check if there is any float loop, sparse weave; if the fabrics are off grain or rowdy; if the fabrics have wrinkles or holes. After weaving, the fabrics are transferred to cutting department or wrapped to store in rolls in spacious clean warehouse. Finally the rolls of fabric are specified labeled according to different fabric density for easy identification.
