Diamond Hammer Bit Inserts/PDC botton insert-SDB Series
Diamond Hammer Bit Inserts is sintered under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. It is made of Polycrystalline Diamond layer and hard alloy, which helps to link the impact resistance and wear resistance of the Diamond. It own a strong toughness and a long life service time, using for Oil PDC drill, Air Hammer and down-the-hole hammer(DTH) .
Product Presentation
SDB is a proprietary product of our company. The products have replaced the traditional tungsten carbide inserts, usually applying to roller bits, air hammers and DTH (down-the-hole) bits and so on, especially in hard and complicated layer drilling. We adopt the most advanced technical formula and synthetical technique of abroad. Using the hyperfine diamond powder as raw materials, the diamond layer can reach 2-3mm. The sintering technology that can form stable D-D combinations between the molecules has greatly improved the durability and toughness, and prolong the service life of PDCs. We adopt special technique in the combination of diamond and kentanium that make the WC dissolve into the diamond under high temperature and high pressure so as to ensure the impact resistance. We use a special binding material between the diamond and kentanium to eliminate the heat stress of the junction.
