Abrasive & Refractoty Brown Emery Sand of 95% Min from Huilian
Brown emery, brown fused alumina , is made mainly from bauxite, carbon materials and iron filings, smelting by high tempetures in electric spark furances. Brown emery is the main chemical ingredient Al2O3, its content is between 94.5% and 97%, and the other containing a small amount of Fe, Si, Ti and so on. Its micro-hardness is HV 1800-2200. Its tenacity is higher than that SiC.
Due to high tempreture resitance, wear- resistance, high hardness and so on. It is available for abrasives grinding, polishing, sand blasting, precision casting and so on, and also can be used to manufacture high-grade refractory material.
