We produce forged cylindrical pebbles and cast cylindrical pebbles

JINAN XINTE CASTING AND FORGING CO.,LTD is one of the largest factory specialized in producing forged steel grinding balls and cast grinding balls in China. The company has passed ISO9001: 2000 quality system authentication. Our factory was established in 1971. There are180 employees now, covering an area of 20000 square meter. Our annual product of grinding balls is about 50000 ton. We mainly export our steel balls to Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippine, Canada, South-Africa, Chile etc more than 20 countries and areas.  

We mainly produce forged grinding balls, cast grinding balls, forged cylinders and casting cylinders. The cylinders we produced as follows:

Hardness:HRC55-65
Chemical elements:C: 0.52-0.65; Si: 0.15-0.37; Mn: 0.6-1.2; S & P: 0.04Max; Cr: 0.25Max.

2.Forged cylindrical pebbles (RCAB-1)
Size: 20mm×20mm to -50mm×50mm
Hardness:HRC58-65
Chemical elements:C:0.7-0.9,Si:0.65-1.00,Mn:0.70-1.25, P/S:0.04Max,V:0.05-0.12

3.High chrome cylindrical pebbles
Size: 14mm×14mm to 50mm×50mm
Hardness:HRC58-65; Chrome content:11-14%

4.Low chrome cylindrical pebbles
Size: 14mm×14mm to 50mm×50mm
Hardness:HRC45-55; Chrome content:1-3.5%
