Main functions

l  Push-to-automatic learning feature and automatically adapt to different motor and load.

l  Vehicle detector selectable, so the function of "arm down when car passed”, “anti damage to cars” and "release for car team" can be set.

l  Control handles with "manual / automatic" options. TAB-1100 high-speed series only have "up" and "down" button, while TAB-2200 and TAB-3300 series with the general "rise" and "down" and "stop" buttons.

l  Wireless remote control can be used for long-distance and flexible control.

l  Anti-stress device such as Infrared or radio waves can be used in this equipment, to reduce the incident of car damage.

l  Optional RS485 or RS232 serial communications interface, simple and reliable communication protocols for easy control on the remote control with state feedback.

l  High-speed Barrier unique features:

u  Obstacle automatic detection: during lowing, arm will rise up again when detected the obstacle; while during rising, the arm will stop and unlock when detected obstacle to prevent any incident. The obstacle detection sensitivity has four degrees which is set through code switch.

u  automatically unlock when no power: when gates power on and work properly, if arm is horizontal or vertical, gates will lock arm to ensure no damage or incident; when gate power off, the arm will be automatically unlock for the movements by hands.  Arm has an anti-collision mechanism which can maximally reduce the damage from vehicle collision to the gates.

 

2.2 Electrical characteristics

2.3 mechanical features

Use precise sine bar linkage to make sure the gate for ease open, slow stop and no stopping impact movement.chassis use steel plate with special arts, surface with high-level automotive paint or powder coating which is corrosion and beautiful, also can avoid fading caused by ultraviolet radiation; chassis using waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof design; arm adapt special aluminum material can be posted the two-color reflective film outside to make it clearly visible at night; For use in different occasions (e.g. in a highly limited space underground car parks), we can manufacture arms according customers’ requirements.Arm can be installed on any chassis left or right side of the (default is on right side).

2.4. Use condition

Please follow the conditions:

Temperature: TAB series of high-speed -30 °C ~ +70 °CRelative Humidity: 20% to 95% Reliable speed reducing equipment should be installed in car coming direction to make cars slow down in case of accident.When connected with vehicle detectors, infrared, pressure wave and other auxiliary devices, these devices should ensure the reliability and stability.Constraints are in the purchase contract.

3.  Installation and commissioning
Please note: TAB barrier should be installed by professional technical staff who must follow the rules during installation. Before the installation, please read this manual.
3.1. Construction ready
make sure the place of installation, concrete casting of a 10-20CM of the high-water refuges in the crash, and embedded in the central 220V 3 × 1.5 mm2 single-phase power lines and 6 × 0.5mm2 shielding the line of control of the two Kan-ray tube at the gates base, the pipeline will pass to the other side of the box or the guard room for easy control
