1. Description
SF9000A/B is a kind of double-component solvent free polyurethane adhesive, widely used in laminating of various treated film like OPP CPP PVDC LDPE PET PA Aluminized film Cellophane paper etc.

4. Mix Ratio By Weight
SF9000A:SF9000B=100:75 in general
Operation Instruction:
Device: due to the particularity of SF9000A/SF9000B, we recommend you to use the professional equipment to make the mixing.
Mix proportion: The mix proportion of SF9000A/SF9000B can be from 100:60 to 100:85, we recommend 100:75. Please choose the suitable proportion according to operation environment.
Operating period: 25-40minutes after mixing in general
Operating temperature: we recommend you to operate in 30-40 C.degree, but available to do in room-temperature(25).
The coating weight: 1.0-2.0g/ is recommended, but should be changed by the type of film and the weight of the filler .
All the plastic films must be corona discharged before they are laminated.
The laminating pressure: we recommend the pressure is over 0.4MPa.
Curing: The products laminated will be cured at 50 C.degree for 24 hour, then forward to your next producing step, fully solidified in one week.
Cleaning: After the production, please use suitable solvent to clean the device immediately
5. Package
Main agent is 20kg/barrel. Hardener is 15kg/barrel.
6. Storage
SF9000A/B is flammable material, Please keep it in cool and dry room at 15-25,its quality guarantee is 6 months. Please use up quickly as possible after open the package.
