Product Features:
It is a kind of neutral transparent single component room temperature vulcanizing silicon rubber, which will be cured after absorbing the water in air at room temperature. Non-toxic, free from pollution, anti-aging, damp proof, electric insulated and anti-electric arc, it has excellent bonding property and stable property and can be used at -60°C~200°C for a long time. It turns yellow under the sun. It has excellent adhesiveness and can bond gold, silver, stainless steel and other materials hard for bonding beside of common meta and non-metal materials. Non-toxic and free from pollution and corrosion, it features wide bonding scope, excellent cold water resistance, stable property and convenient application.
Application Technique
After cleaning of components, cut the orifice on the tube ferrule, squeeze the glue for coating and bonding. Surface dry: 3-30min. the curing depth is 2-3mm at 25°C and humidity 50%. If the gluing area is larger and the glue is thicker, the curing requires longer time. The longer at room temperature, the better the bonding effect. For example, if the heat resistant components are baked for 4-12h at 50°C~150°C after thorough drying of the glue, it can achieve better strength and bonding effect
Cautions
Typical Application:
It has excellent adhesiveness and cold water resistance, highly adhesive to materials and adhesive to metals difficult for bonding. It can be expansively applied for sealing various underwater instruments, encapsulating submarine cable, bonding small motor magnetic shoes, coating high voltage packages and sensors before encapsulating, sealing automotive chassis and refrigerating equipments, etc.
All completed, the cap shall be tightened immediately for sealed storage. The skinning can be removed when it is used the next time, exerting on influence on normal use. During storage, the glue at orifice may be cured and can be applied normally after removing. Please go to a doctor if it splashes into eyes before curing.
