Product Introduction

building and decoration materials is high-grade polymer modified cement-based dry mortar,specifically designed for bonding tiles. Mainly, it is used to bond tiles meanwhile it has water-repellent property. Compared with traditional cement mortar, it is safer, firmer, and more excellent in terms of waterproof.

Applicable to bonding various tiles on indoor/outdoor floors or wall surfaces,like ceramic tiles, terra cotta titles, clinker tiles and Mosaic tiles, etc.

Construction Points

1,Substrate Preparation: it must be firm,dry,clean,free from oil , grease , wax , concrete release agent and other loosening junk. If any, oil stain and protuberance must be also removed before construction.

2,Dosing:  Powder/Clean Water=20kg: 6.4kg. Pour the powder into the given water,mixing them uniformly.  The proportion of power and water could be slightly adjusted in view of  substrate materials,weather and construction conditions.

3.Construction: Evenly smear the adhesives on the substrate with zigzag scrapers,making it teeth-like.  Every time, coat area about 1m2(depending on weather condition and temperature)then bond tiles to the substrate by flexible compacting them. Size of zigzag scraper depends on smoothness of the substrate surface and unevenness of tile backsides. For general Brick walls, zigzag scrapers sized 3mm×3mm, 6mm×6mm or 12mm×12mm is workable. If grooves on tile backsides are deep or stone material tiles are too big, both adhesive interfaces should be smeared adhesives(namely, substrate surfaces and tile backsides).  ( 24 hours) After installation of tiles, when the adhesives become curing completely, Caulking can be carried out.

Construction Points

1,Application of this product is supposed to be under temperature 5~40°C.

2,The product is irritant to  eyes.  Please clean out eyes with clean water timely if they are splashed with it.

Suggested Dosage

Consumption of the adhesives depending on smoothness of substrate surfaces. The more smooth it is , the less the adhesives is needed.  Approximately,
for the zigzag scraper sized 3mm×3mm, dosing is 1.7Kg/m2; Sized 6mm×6mm, dosing is 3.0Kg/m2; Sized 12mm×12mm, dosing is 4.5Kg/m2

Storage and Transportation

1,It is not flammable and explosive, it can be transported as general cargo.  During transportation, keep it from sunshine, freezing, rain, compression and collision. And keep the packing in perfect condition.

2,In storage, keep it ventilation and drying and from direct sunlight.  quality guarantee period one year.
