1, Design assistant

 Front illuminate LED channel letters-stainless steel side are produced according to the artwork provided by customer. If the customer has the difficulties to get right artwork, our designer is ready to help.

2, High quality acrylic sheet to make the letter front 

The material we choose to do the letter front is the Chinese top rand acrylic. The acrylic has high diaphaneity and the diaphaneity reaches 92%. The acrylic has he high ability to anti impulse force. The acrylic is durable to use. We have a variety of colors of acrylic to meet difference requires from customers 

3, Stainless steel – different finish and different thickness of materiel for choosing 

The stainless steel has mirror polished and brushed finish; customer can choosing whatever they want. Customer also can choose different thickness and different type according their needs. The stainless steel letters are suitable for outdoor use and easy to clean 

4, Easy to mount and install- the mounting instruction and the positioning template are included in the shipment 

The led channel letters have two parts; front shell and base plate. The shell and base plate are screwed together, then the letters are easy to disassemble and assemble back. Together with shipment we always include the mounting instruction and the positioning template. 

5, Long life span and energy saving LED light. 

The LED light we are using can be use over than 100000 hours. The electrical consuming is less than 0.1W/LED module. We will put enough LED module base on the size of the letter. The light will be even and bright enough to attract your customers passing by

6, Shipment safety 

The products will be well packed to make sure there will be no damage on the products during shipping. We will use bubble wrap pack the products first and then put the products in the wooden box

1,Acrylic front

High diaphaneity (92%), durable to use, a variety of colors to meet the customers’ requirement 

2, Stainless steel side

Mirror polished and brushed finish for choosing. Anti-rust; suitable for outdoor use and durable to use. The height of the side will be 7cm 

3, LED light

 Long left span-100000 hours of using, energy saving-0.1w/LED module, even light and high brightness-150lm/W  

4, Plastic foam board base

Prevent the water from entering into the letter to damage the light, we will use 8mm thick board to do the base, and the base is strong enough to hold the sign
