Modeling part is introduced quiet modeling line from German KW Company, this line is domestic most heavy casting iron pieces wet sand production line of mould at present, have international advanced level of the 1990s; Sand treatment part introduce production from German KN Company, such as mix sand machine, cooler, water automatically control equipment, etc.; Melt and Chemical Industry part introduce production from U.S.A. such as frequency conversion respond electric stove, realize smelt with towering stove pair; Make core Part introduce Germany cold core box machine, install one domestic hard sand Ni' s core production line at the same time.


Have Britain electronic metallography microscope, U.S.A. spectrometer, and Germany three coordinate instruments, mold design and manufacture all use CAD/CAE technology. Passed IS09002 quality system certification in 1999.
