                                                               Vibration Absorbers

Brief introduction  

 Shock-avoid tube will be designed and installed on the air inlet and outlet tube of air conditioner and refrigeratant system , used to reduce the fixed pipeline's damage due to the shock of the compressor .The vibration absorber is to made of stainess steel which is deeply draped .In order to add fuction to flexible and absorb the shock of the tube ,it will be weaved high-powered stainless net on the surface of the shock-avoid tube .The stainless ripple tube and stainless net will be knoted and reinforced at two sides , and then joint into the purple copper tube of inner thread , which is made from high-pressure brass.

Hose and copper tube are braze welded.

- Complete physical and chemical analysis of all basic components.
- Size to fit 5/8" through 2 1/8" O.D. have a corrugated stainless core with high tensile stainless braid covering and copper tube ends.
- Components checked and inspected at various phases of assembly.
- Ends accurately sized.
