1.Booster application

Compressed system systems in industrical and facilities are generally designed for pressure of 90 to 100psig.How,some special application such as moulding, printing and leak testing require higher pressures.

Hengda Booster compressor increase air sysytem pressure to a working pressure of 580 psig and to a maximun of 650 psig. These reliable units are compact, quiet, and offer an ecnomical alternative to designing the main compressed air system for high pressure. Now you simply install a Hengda Booster Compressor to increase the pressure of existing compressed air where it is needed.

2. Booster Operation

Compressored air from the main air system is piped to the booster. Using precompressed air is more economical than starting with ambient air.With high volumetric effiency, the booster compresses to the desired pressure. This single-stage system is ideal and economical for many applications hwen only a moderate amount of high pressure plant air is required.

3.Technical characteristics of booster with Hengda band is as following: 

3.1. Advanced and reliable design. That can make sure booster continuous 24 operation.

3.2. Unique air valve and valve seat structure. That can greatly reduce air resistance, reduces the exhaust temperature and improve efficiency.

3.3. All of the core components are imported. Valve plate is from Sweden, ring is the from America, solenoid valve is from Germany. And Combination oil ring technology is from America, thus can greatly reduce easily damaged shortcomings of the monomer ring, reduce oil consumption per hour (less than 1.0 g)

3.4. Using differential type piston. That can increase the pressure area of connecting rod, overcoming easily damaged shortcomings of piston, connecting rod.

3.5. Using hanging the crankshaft with convenient maintenance and complete dynamic balance design. That can make booster operate in steady state.

3.6. Air inlet equipped with flow automatic control device and dust removal filter, air outlet is equipped with timing drainage valve (24 hours cycle automatic drain water and dirt)
