Functional Characteristics

 

Function: Setting various required functions and modes, and setting self-checking function.Sensitivity: gears are set for adjusting augment or minishing.Power Level: it means inductivity, in other words, that is metal matter’s size. It reflects there are lights on the exponential portal frame in order to determine metal location.The printer are installed, and the detecting time, number of finished product, number of inferior product and detecting standard are printed on the paper both in Chinese and English for the facility of incasement. (Printer can be installed into the system.)Automation: when the machine give an alarm, detecting products which have metal matter inside should be taken out and don’t press start-up button, then they can go on. Sensitivity: 0-100, and adjusting gear 1-10It has self-checking function and can voluntarily inspect the machine whether it is normal or not, so as to avoid unnecessary Maintenance.Conveyor band working station is -20 °C-45 °CIt is better used for coating pack product.
