      1. Ultrasonic Anemometer

      No moving parts, precise data collection.

      2. Lightning Rod

      Guides lightning to the ground, protecting the turbine together with surge protection devices.

      3. Nacelle WiCo Controller Microprocessor main control and fail-safe safety controller in the nacelle. Weather-protected and positioned for easy access

      4. Induction Generator

      Delivers grid-compatible power and eliminates the need for an inverter or other power electronics. This improves efficiency and reliability, and reduces up-front costs.

      5. Disk Brake System

      Safely stops the wind turbine using brake caliper in situations such as extreme wind or grid failure.

      6.Gear Box

      Drive the generator at full speed while the rotor turns slowly.

      The German SEW gearbox ensures long life and high reliability.

      7. Access Ladder

      Allows easy and safe access to the nacelle for maintenance.

      8. Active Yaw

      Wind speed and wind direction data is recorded by the ultrasonic anemometer and used to control the active yaw which maximizes power production, and the rotation turbine speed for safety.

      9. Active Pitch

      Active pitch maximizes power production and rapidly brakes the turbine in extreme conditon.

      10. Fiberglass Blade

      Designed to quietly and efficiently produce energy, particularly in light winds.

      11. Tower

      Monopole is available in size of 30m and 42m to comply with height restrictions or reach the best winds at your site.

      Active Pitch

      WINForce 60kW turbine automatically adjusts the pitch of the rotor blades to the optimal angle to maximize power output. Significantly, this makes it possible to achieve power output at a lower wind speed than turbines without pitch control or with passive pitch.

      Active Yaw

      Wind speed and wind direction data collected through the ultrasonic Anemometer are used to control the active yaw; accurate sensing and tracking of wind direction maximizes power output.

      Swept Area

      WINForce 60kW has a 20.5m rotor diameter – one of the largest rotor diameters for a turbine of this size output – this means, more wind energy can be captured and converted into electricity.

      Generator Type

      The induction generator produces electricity which is supplied to the grid without using an inverter. 

       WiCo Intelligent Controller

      The WiCo intelligent controller uses advanced technology to maximize power production under all wind conditions.
