Super Single Crystal Aluminium Oxide(SSA)
It is fused with excellent AL2O3 and various assistant materials in 3000KVA tilting furance.During fusing,the single crystal aluminium oxide,SSA has good toughness,excellent self-sharpening,big grinding rate and high grinding efficiency.
SSA can create lots of cutting sides base on multi-layer grain continually and can make the surface of grinded workpiece to reach the same cleanliness and imporved the service life of workpiece.
SSA can be combined with all kinds of bonding agent.It can be used in vitrified,resin-oid-bonded,rubber-bonded wheels and abrasive belts for weight grinding and polishing stainless steel.SSA is an important achievement of abrasive materials technical innovation in China.
The features of SSA
1.Number of single crystal is around 95%,which is 50% higher than the original one(the original one is about 65%).
2.The compressive strength is more than 26N,toughness is as high as 90.5%.
3.AL2O3 in SSA is more than 99.4%,the Fe2O3 is less than 0.08%,SiO2 is less than 0.07%,TiO2 is less than 0.45%.
4.The color of particle is light blue and its bulk density is stable(F16:1.89g/cm3,F180:1.67g/cm3).
5.The SSA can be used in vitrified,resionoid-bonded and rubber-bonded wheels.The grinding wheels made from SSA is iron spot free and there is no shrinking.
7.The shape of SSA is prefect.Wheels made from SSA are especially good for grinding or cutting vanadium steel,titanium steel,stainless steel and all kinds of alloy steel.
