Solid Aluminum Sheet based of aluminum sheet, being pretreated, coated with primer and color coat, spray-coated with PVDF. According to customer's requirement, the aluminum panels can be cut, bent, arc rolled and processed into various individual geometric shapes.
Pretreatment: during the process of aluminum rolling, a loose oxidation film will be formed together with a lot of impurity on the aluminum surface. After degreasing with alkaline and acid wash, chromation, denionized water wash, the surface of the aluminum is cleaned and covered with a layer of chromate which can increase the adhesion between the paint substrate as well as the function of anticorrosion.
Spray coating: PVDF paint will be equable to the semi-finished pretreated aluminum panel with 14 high pressure static sprays in the closed dust free environment.

Characteristic
1. Free modeling, meet individual aesthetic requirement: the panel can be bent, punched arc rolled into various geometric shape so that the concept of the designer can be fully expressed.
2. Rich color, good visual effect: there are rich colors of PVDF coating. The endless colors can match the customers requirement to express better visual effect of the outlook of the building.
3. Strong weather ability and self-cleaning capability: PVDF contains 70% of KYNAR500 and HYLAR5000 which can prevent acid rain, air pollution, and ultraviolet radiation. The special molecular structure can prevent the dust from adhering to the surface, achieving good performance of self-cleaning.
4. Light weight, better performance, the accessories of the panels are made of aluminum-manganese alloy and aluminum-magnesium alloy with good quality whose weight is very light. The joint of the accessories adopts up-to-date welding technique and its back adopts strengthening ribs to ensure flat panel surface, good wind pressure resistance, good impact resistance, and good quake-proof, lightning-proof and reduce the burden of the construction.
5. Fire resistance, meet the fire control requirement: applied with high strength aluminum alloy and PVDF paint or stone panels, the panels have good fire resistance which is easy to meet the demand of the fire control inspection.
6. It can be recycle used and protects environment: applied with mat finishing paint layer, the light pollution can be well solved. The aluminum is the first choice for the environment friendly materials of construction.
