Installation and Maintenance
Basic Requests:
1. The construction ground must be kept clean, lasting dry and without any crack. The rate of moisture in the concrete ground mustn't surpass 2.5% and the rate of moisture in the gypsum floor mustn't surpass 0.5%.
2. The floors must be spreaded out and layed on the ground for more than 24 hours and the temperature at the scene mustn't be lower than 15°C. The floors are installed after reduction.
The Ways of Installation:Active Installation, Fixed Installation, Jointing Installation.
1. Active Installation: Special cementation tape will be used between the floors and there is no cementation tape between the floor and the ground so that the floors can move easily.
2. Fixed Installation: It is a partial cementation. Brush 15cm into the ground and glue them together with the edge of the floor as the criteria.
3. Jointing Installation: Slot on the surface of the floor before welding it by hand or by machine. The slot place must keep clean. The welding temperature mustn't be lower than 500°C.The welding can be operated by entirely automatic equipment or by manual control. Use a short line to test the temperature and the speed before welding. Then we take two steps to remove the reduntant welding line after cooling. Firstly we use the crescent moon shovel to remove the half of the bulge of weling line. Then remove the remains after it is fully cool.
Maintenance:
The PVC surface has the repel ability to the outside pollution. For the superficial pollution, clean it with the swab easily. If the floor is extrmemely dirty, neutral cleansing agent will be used for the extremely dirt.The expense for maintenance is cheap.
