Teflon bushing

Structure:

SF-1 is PTFE oilless bushing, made of triple layer composite material ,

STRUCTURE:a steel backing, sintered porous bronze particles interlayer , calendared with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer.

Advantage:

MATERIAL ADVANTAGE:It is of low friction coefficient, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and can be used without oil, or only a trace of oil is needed. Moreover, it is of low cost, low vibration and low noise, compact and light .

PRODUCT ADVANTAGE:This product can replace conventional copper bushes located on the sliding position of the machine. It has the advantages of compact and low cost.
