The machine can make middle-seal bag, partial-sealbag and four-side-seal bag.

The machine can make middle-seal bag, partial-sealbag and four-side-seal bag. The machine is advanced equipment with mechanical and electrical integration control, mainly used for the manufacturing of composite film bags with heat sealing materials as the inner layer.

Performance and feature

It utilizes transducer and alternative-current servo motor to control the bag making speed and film traction positioning. The tension of the entire machine is controlled by the cylinder through pressure regulator in order to acquire flexible air control and flexible plastic film. The electric control makes use of the industrial control computer processed signal.The tension of the magnetic powder stop dog is controlled by degressive simulation. The settings of a series of data including bag making speed, alarm triggering quantity, working mode and temperature etc. are all entered by the keyboard and displayed on the screen, which is convenient for direct perception and easy to operate.

Conveyance of finished bag:conveyance quantity is available.

Punching device:time can be preset,continuous or interval punching is available.

Setting up mode:alternatively first sealing press and second sealing press.

Workingmode:printing,non-printing.

Mode of multiple conveyances:twice to six times conveyance. Measurement for length:distance between color scales can be measured photo-electrically.

Selectivity:feeding without movement,upper & lower regulating trimmer can be selected.

Message alert:lost of photoelectricity,lost of temperature,warping alarm,servomotor alarm,tension alarm and auto-switch off the machine.
