ZL-900 Automatic nonwoven filter bag making machineMain characteristics:
1. This machine is for making nonwoven filter bags and nonwoven dust bags. The bags can be hole-punched.

2. The machine has 10 sets of raw materials feeding sytems.

3. We use our own designed bag folding system to form the bags to make the finished bags more strong and size-adjusting more easily.

4. The bag size can be flexible as client's request. And it can be adjusted freely by the microcomputer controlling system.

5. The machine is equipped with 4 sets of American ultrasonic generators and synchronous tension controlling system to adjust the tension of the raw materials during the production.

6. The whole machine's working speed is controlled by the imported frequency convertor to make the machine run more stable.

7. All the molds in the machine are made of high strength steel and iron. The embossing design can be made according to client's request.

8. This machine is firstly designed by our factory and makes up the market gap for aumatically making the nonwoven filter bags and dust bags.
