2. Main technique features
Five servo motor drive, PLC control, adjustable running speed.Ensure constant hot sealing time and temperature, speed up no need temperature rise, speed down no need temperature reduce. Reduce waste product, improve work efficiency. Parameter can be set by touch screen. Bag-making speed, length, temperature, counting, hole punching and multiple conveying etc, all can be pre-set. Trouble warning and displaying for unwinding tension, middle tension, photoelectricity loss and super high temperature and no valve, and automatic stop the machine. Automatic film joint detecting and warning functions, easy to remove waste bags.Twenty times multiple conveying function. Automatic unwinding tension control, multiple photoelectric control and rectify.Automatic one-way air valve sealing, all kinds of hole punching, automatic collection of cut-off side waste and static eliminator can be optional.
