1.      Its control system adopts high-performance microcomputer technology, ensuring high temperature control precision and simple and convenient operation.

2.      Bottom plate of the baking oven hearth is equipped with special-purpose slate (optional), which is characterized by high heat storage performance, high temperature resistance, and distortion resistance, ensuring even more ideal baking effect.

3.      Each layer of baking oven is equipped with steam generating device, and the additional steaming technique may meet the technique requirements of production of various foods.

4.      The baking oven is equipped with heating element i.e. far-infrared electric heating tubes, the thermal power output from the bottom surface may be separately controlled, and the functions such as automatic temperature control, timing sound signal, and over-temperature protection etc. are available.
