The base of the Chaise Lounge LC4 is easily detachable from the rest of the chair, and is made from high quality welded steel

coated with a black matte enamel finish. The tubular steel cradle, on the other hand, is coated with either matte black or a chrome

 finish and is bent into a prominent curved shape allowing it and the rest of the chair to recline by moving against the base. The mat

which the user sits upon meanwhile is cushioned with soft foam and covered with ponyskin, leather, or a special beige canvas.
