Woodworking:
1.There are mainly three steps in woodworking: Cutting, ports machining and assembly. Our company has the designers in charge of vanity drawings which determine each parts and the whole vanity's dimensions and processes in each step of woodworking. And the QC workers test each step according to the drawing and the company's quality standard.
Painting:
1. All of vanities will go through four painting treatments. The multi-step finish process on the vanity is not only pleasing to eye it is also a very durable outer shell to help protect vanity from moisture and damages in every day use.
