our main specification is from Φ260mm to Φ800mm for forged round bar. Width 200-800mm × thickness 200-800mm for forged square bar and flat bar. The rate of width and thickness is less than 2:1 (width : thickness ≤2:1). The bar’s generally length 4-5.8 meters.

For customers special require, we can do the bar’s length 16 meters Max ; Diameter tolerance: -0/+3mm . Straightness: 2mm/M . Delivery condition: Hot forged+Rough machined+Normalized or black surface annealed , Q+T etc. UT test: As per SEP 1921-84 Class C/c , GBT 6402-91 standard or other standard. Forging reduction ratio: 4: 1minimum. Mill test certificate: As per EN10204/3.1. B or according customer require.
