Use: High wear resistance impact load cold-punching mold, punch head , coining die and cold shear knife.
Heat treatment:
Quench : 950-980°C oil cooling HRC≥60
Back fire : relieving stress, stable structure 180-200°C two hours
HRC60-62.relieving stress, lower hardenss320-350°C,two hours,
HRC57-58
Anneal : 830-850°C show cooling
