The plate vulcanizing press unit in the picture is conveyer belt vulcanizing press unit .

The plant is used to vulcanize the conveyer belt, mainly the fabric core conveyer belt.

The main press is frame structure, and heated by steam.

The material of the pistons are chilled cast iron, and the cylinders are ductile cast iron. The good material offers long working life, and perfect sealing condition.

The plant is adopted with PLC control system. So it is much more convenient for operation.
