CNC Pipe Bending machine

1) This CNC pipe bender is a multi-axes servo drive and IPC system equipment with high intelligence and automation. It can be processed by stretch bending or stretch bending plus pushing bending.

2) This machine can install bending dies of different radius in one time. the multiple radius processing with one pipe can be realized.

3) All the data can be input by the touch screen, the transport software provides direct data transfer function by serial ports, and transfer to IPC through server. The data can be adjusted by the server and IPC, then judgment the bending parameters.

4) The fault analysis will be done by the long distance desktop service.

5) The pipe bender control system have the perfect interfere inspect and self-protecting functions, before running the programs, a safety inspect will be advanced according to the die parameters and processing parameters which had been entered, the alarm message will show the operator if the interfere inspect happened.

6) The range of the interfere inspect include machine body part, dies, the interference between ground and tubes.

7) This machine can bend with or without mandrel.

8) The bending data can be input directly to coordinate (X,Y,Z) or working data(Y,B,C). It is possible to transfer between coordinate and working data, also can calculate the feeding length precisely.

11) The PROGRAM MEMORY function can memorize the files permanently during sudden power off.

18) Each bend can set feeding,withdrawing and rotating move together or individually, to avoid the interfere point and increase the producing efficiency.

19) The feeding position, safety position, wheel dies interfere position and guiding dies interfere position can be set to avoid the machine collision fault, and the before and after limit stop function can be available.

20) When the rotating angle is negative number, the axis can reverse rotating automatically.

21) The function of core rod auto oiling lubrication can be start or cancel by software.

22) The slow mandrel return is provided.

23) There will be a 3D graphic model after input the bending data, and the bending process can be simulated for seeing the virtual picture

24) The calculator on screen provides convenient use.

25) The unit of data can be changed between metric system and British system.

26) The relative AutoCAD data can be directly read by the software, and the bending programs can be automatically produced
