CNC bending machine is a two dimensional mechanical for bus industry, production bending machine hydraulic profiling on the basis of selfdeveloped hightech, innovative products. the advantages: high repeat positioning accuracy and good reliability, simple operation, easy maintenance, affordable. The machine can fully meet the high, medium and low gear of various types of passenger car model skeleton bending component of large, medium and small batch production.

 

Mainly be composed of by bearing, body, wheel body, lateral bending body, vertical feed mechanism, CNC operating system and electrical cabinet and other components. Electric apparatus and horizontal gearing device locate in carriage, ease of maintenance; carriage made of cast iron, rail sliding smoothly; wheel system using chrome steel carburized, surface hardness, wear resistance, strong and durable.

 

High precision. Adopt three roller bending principle, horizontal (Z Axis) feed AC servo motors, precision ball screw, precision 0.01mm; longitudinal (X axis) feed using high power AC servo motor and high torque ball wire bar with accuracy 0.1mm; High precision AC servo motor with optical feedback device with the body, and the motor system to achieve high precision control.

 

Easy operation. Before bending, only programmed data into PLC according to workpiece shape and size of the corresponding two dimensional numerical speed value, bending adjusted by the test, two dimensional workpiece can be bent batch.

 

High Adaptability. Adopt CNC bending technique, the various components applicable to passenger car frame rectangular steel pipes and cold formed profiles. one multi component could cold forming once. Elastic deformation of adjustment, as long as the overall volume can be adjusted to compensate for the addition and subtraction.

 

Programming easy and high efficiency. After our simple training, most workers could operate separately. Bending one workpiece only need 2 minutes.

2.With U storage and RS232 interface, could save/backup program and parameter, update  program.
3.X/Z Axis motor work in one time, could adjust μm grade compensator, rapid speed could be
  24m/minute, feed speed could be15m/minute.
4.Workpiece coordinate system, revolution function and programming input function..
5.Linear and exponential acceleration and deceleration control and program pre read function.
6.Self checking function, display live inner and outside status, auto alarm when work improperly.
7.Display Bending process track, English version, with help information, easy to operate.
8.High precision AC servo amplifier to drive AC servo motor.

 

Horizontal Feed System
1.Adopt AC servo motor and Deceleration devices to drive ball screw shaft.
2.Inclined slider force feed pipe precisely.
3.Workpiece could bend in Horizontal X Axis.

 

Vertical Feed Motor
1.Adopt high power AC servo motor with
deceleration devices.
2.Using high torque precision ball screw
3.Inclined slider feed in vertically.
4.Workpiece could bend in Vertical Z Axis.
