,The machine’s use

1. High productivity and good precision for metal sheets bending, different up-die and bottom-die, working for multifarious pieces. One-off bending shaped by one time stroke. Can make complex shapes by repetitious bending work. Can punch with corresponding die. 

2. Mechanical stopper in oil cylinder, typical of high feedback precision for position of gliding block ,accurate and stable operation,good synchronizing performance ,and high repeated positioning precision of gliding block.

This machine using the gantry gate structure, column frame structure by welding. The distance between the pillars is setted to maximize, making bending workpiece shall not be subject to the restrictions of the space equipment and allow bending forming size to acme. It also eliminates the deformation due to the external force between the pillar and make equipment precision and durability continued. This equipment is designed to the roller type adjustable guide rail of both ends, making the equipment in operation under partial loading stress. At the same time,it can avoid the deformation of the fault because of the twisted axis design for use for a long time!
