tructural Features

         The rinser uses spring gripper make of stainless steel, to ensure a stable reversal of the glass bottles. The umbrella-type nozzle can wash every corner of the sidewall and bottom to make the bottle clean.

         Spring-type mechanical lifting devices drove by cam to lift the glass bottles, large rotary bearing supports the filling tank with centring bell.

         Filler is equipped with broken bottle automatically stopping valve and broken bottle washing function.

         With perfect CIP cleaning circuit.

         All the materials in contact with drink are made of stainless steel 304 materials, inside and outside the wall of mirror-polished, easy to clean.

         Manually lubrication system to make sure equipment maintenance more convenient.

         This machine adopts advanced man-machine interface, PLC control, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and other automatic control technology, with no bottle, no filling; no capping; no cap, no running, and other security protection.

         Minimum O2  levels are attained by purging with CO2  and then again pre-evacuating.
