Water bottling machine is for pure water and mineral water bottling in PET/plastic bottle, or glass bottle. With automatic washing,filling capping three function in one monlbloc.
Washing part--18heads
Revolved type bottle washing machine, mainly used to wash bottles for mineral water and other beverage. New bottles go into the machine through bottle dividing pole. Bottles are held by clips and turned over onto washing heads. After washing, drain water, bottles go into filling parts by star wheel. Main structure, protect shell and contact part of washing part are all stainless steel.
There is water tray on the washing machine for water recycle.
When washing, water consumption for every bottle
0.5/0.6L less equal 90ml
1.25/1.5Lless equal150ml
After washing, water remains 0.5/0.6L more equal 2ml.,1.25/1.5L more equal 4ml.
When no bottles or stop, automatically stop washing.
Filling part--18 heads
Filling machine adopt German technology, produce by ourselves obey to normal pressure filling principle.
Structure characteristic
1.1 filling valve adopt normal pressure filling valve, filling flexible and high precision.
1.2 adopts double guide pole structure.
1.3 main drives adopt mechanical freestanding gear, high effiency, low noise, long service life, easy to maintain, lubricate well. Frequency converter controls the main motor and makes the machine speed changeable. The operation table and base are all made of carbonization steel with stainless steel as cover.
1.4 bottle conveyor system, simple structure, neck-hold type. Easy to change for different bottle shapes.
1.5 The whole machine is automatic such as bottle storage and cap storage and so on all controlled by PLC.
1.6 float ball control the liquid level, make filling steady.
1.7 key part and electricity parts all adopt imported products.
1.8 there are connection for CIP washing system.
Capping part--6 heads
Capping machine drives revolved plate by gear. Cap goes out of cap storage by centrifugal effect. At the cap output, there is cap divider. Reverse cap drops into pipes then return to cap storage by air conveyor. Right cap goes into conveyor. The quantity inspects by sensor, capping machine control the cap conveyor. The machine will stop when no caps.
