Automatic Tea drink production line

Automatic tea production line is suitable for middle and large sized tea drink manufactures. It is high level of automatic control, take palce of large amount of labours to produce PET bottle tea beverage filling and packing works.

This line can produce mimium 4000bottles/hr to Max. 14,000bottles/hr in each hour. Its big production capacity help factories increase production velocity, save costs of labours and time.

The consists of this automatic tea production line are the pure water treatment, tea drink mixing and sterilizer , automatic 3 in 1 washing-filling-capping machine(hot filling machine), finished tea drink sterilizer, automatic sleeve labeling machine, date printer and packing machine etc.

Remark: Heat resistant PET bottle blow molding machine and preform production line are also available.
