XGF -12-12-1 3 in 1 Filling Machine
1) The machine is mainly used in beverage filling productions.
2) The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are combined into one machine.
3) The whole process is automatic. The machine is used in filling bottles made of polyester and plastics for mineral water and purified water.
4)The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles(300ml,500 ml,1000ml,1500ml,2000ml).
5)The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new type micro pressure filling system is adopted.
6)The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC)(or LG,etc.) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically and a transducer is used in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and make the bottles move steadily..
7) The machine is an ideal equipment for bottled water plant.
