1.2Quality Warranty Terms

Our company offers the Quality Warranty Period of one year for ozone generator and correlative accessories, which is just valid that the equipment is under normal operation condition and not be repaired by personnel without our permission. If faults occur in the equipment within the warranty period, the set of ozone generator should be as soon as possible delivered back to our company for checking and repairing.

If the faults are caused by the following conditions, the quality warranty is not responsible.

1.The ozone generator is incorrectly used.

2.Water is sucked in the generator.

3.The feeding gas is not oxygen or purified clean and dried air with dew point of 15°C below zero °C.

4. The power is not 220-240V AC±5%, 50/60Hz.

The ozone is not used in the appropriate circumstance that the temperature within 0~43°C and the comparative humidity less than 90%.

1.3Equipment Repair

Please notice the following terms for equipment repair:

1)While being delivered back for repair, the equipment and accessories should be safely packed with the original package. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate package or transporting.

(HY-003)The transporting fares of equipment for repair must be prepaid for the round trip at one time.

1.5Package Opening

Please check the equipment carefully when receive the package. If there is any problem with the ozone generator caused by extrusion during the transporting, please contact with the forwarder and us as soon as possible. At the same time, the package and packing should be appropriately kept.

2.1Installation Guide

Factors such as the installation position, spare space, condition of air circulation and appropriate power mains should be seriously accounted for the application of ozone generator.

1)be installed in low humidity circumstance with temperature between 0°C to 43°C and good condition of air circulation for heat dispersing.

2) be installed close to the mains. Lengthening the cable is not suggested.

3)To keep appropriate condition for heat dispersion, the ozone generator should be installed far from the heat source enough and the barriers around with distance no less than 0.6 meters.

4)Please ensure the feeding gas and ozone outlet is correctly connected.

5)The ozone generator and oxygen generator would be installed 1.2 meters above the floor, and the ozone delivery line must be 1 to 2 meters high than the mixer of gas and water,2meters high than the water holding jar to prevent water sucked in

Warning:

1.Danger! Be caution to high voltage power and capacitor.

2.Cabint of ozone generator should be opened by professional personnel.

3.Must be sure that the ozone generator is unconnected with electricity power.

4.The warranty will be invalid if the ozone generator is repaired without our official permission.

5.When substitute the fuse, must strictly conforming to correlative standards.

Draw the power line of ozone generator from socket before opening the case.
