Hebei Zhixin Machinery Manufacture Group Co., Ltd. based on coke oven care equipment, Furnace accessories,metallurgical equipment, machine tools and its annex, plateform and measuring tools to the main products of export-oriented manufacturing enterprises. Founded in 2001, is located in the high-speed Shi Huang and the National Road 106’s junction, under the jurisdiction of a plant, three branches(Cangzhou Zhongbo Heavy Industry Machinery&Equipment co,Ltd.Cangzhou Zhibo Machinery co,Ltd. And Cangzhou Xinghe Machinery&Castings Co,Ltd( with a total area of 140,000 square meters, construction area of 36,000 square meters. The company's existing 560 employees, among them there are more than 56 intermediate title menagers and technicians and 12 senior engineers. An annual production capacity of 45,000 tons, with annual sales of 310,000,000 RMB.
All types of Castings , processing and testing by advanced facilities, complete, strong technical force. Intermediate frequency electric furnace plant-based foundry, coal foundry sand, resin sand casting process workshop, model shop, machine processing and assembly workshops, the mechanical properties of casting laboratory, the chemical element analysis' room.
The main companies of all types of products for the blast furnace, coke oven plant and equipment, non-standard machine tool products, such as automotive die. Company products can be cast weight 0.5kg-50MT, wall thickness 5mm-500mm foundry technology and other components, materials are graphite cast iron, ductile iron, heat-resistant corrosion-resistant cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, gray cast iron, chromium and molybdenum copper alloy cast iron and so on.
