SHL35-1.6-AII steam boiler is the double-drum horizontal laid natural cycle boiler, which is supported by steel-frame. The burning equipment is coal feeder and squama chain-grate. This boiler can be used as large centralized steam boiler of heat supplying station and heat-load peak adjusting set of heat and power station.

Features:
1) This model is with double-drum horizontal laid structure. When the
feeding water enters the coal economizer, it enters in the steam
drum. The layout of the heating area is of enough margins. The front,
back, and side walls form enough circulation height, thus the water
circulation is safe and reliable
2) The boiler drum with large steam space consists of underwater
orifice plate, even gas orifice plate and corrugated plate separator in
addition to water feeding and cleaning devices. Then the salt melted
in the steam can be transferred to the fed water through quality
exchange, thus the steam quality can be greatly enhanced
3) The front water-cooling wall and the back water-cooling wall form
the front and back arch respectively. The front and back arch is
made of fire-proof materials to reduce the surface heat absorption
capacity to form high temperature area for strong radiation. With
ignition, there are strong high-temperature vortex cavities under
the front arch. The burning is strong under the back arch, so that
the coal adaptability can be greatly enhanced
4) Non-coal-leakage squama chain grate is adopted. The main
advantages include little coal leakage and even draught, easy to
clear up the coal ash. The chain withstanding the pull of the grate
is under the chain-grate late and does not touch the fire bed directly,
thus, the operation becomes even more reliable. As the boiler chain
and the chain grate are in soft structure, making the manufacturing
precision and the installation requirements of the axle shaft chain
wheel relatively low. The boiler chain can be adjusted automatically
to reduce Paya accidents. The chain grate can be installed and
unloaded conveniently, making the examination and reparation
easier. The chain grate can be replaced on the condition of
non-stop boiler. It is with good dust cleaning performance. The
container installed on two sides of the chain-grate is playing the
role of water-cooling iron with very reliable anti-retarding function
for the hearth
