WNS boiler is the shell and horizontal type three-return wet-back oil (gas) fired boiler designed by our technical professionals according to the advanced technology home and abroad, combined with practical experiences. The factory also supplies four-return designed boiler upon customer's request.
The boiler is fully automatic. The fuel after atomization by the burner forms the flame filling the whole waveform furnace, and transfers the radiant heat via furnace wall, and this is the first return. The high temperature smog generated by combustion concentrates in the back combustion chamber and turns to the second return, that is, the whorl flue pipe bundle area; after heat convection, the smog temperature gradually lowers down and the smog goes into the front smoke box, and then turns to the third return, that is, the bare pipe bundle area; and then passes through the rear smoke box to the exhaust.
This series of steam boilers can greatly promote the boiler's efficiency, save fuel and lower the operation cost, so as to reach the aim of high performance, (oil) gas saving and safety.
This series of boiler has more humanistic and safety automatic intelligent control, with the advantage of high boiler efficiency, energy conservation, easy maintenance and endurability etc.
