Steam generator

Function

Steam generator is one of the key special equipments for oilfield to develop viscous oil. It injects steam of high pressure and temperature into the well, which can reduce oil viscosity and increase fluidity, and thus improve recovery ratio. The steam pressure is normally about 10-26Mpa. It also can be designed according to users’ requirement. The executive standard is GB, ASME.

Features

(1)The steam generator, which can be operated at high pressure and temperature conditions, adopts Single-way forced circulation of fully automatic control. The boiler can be operated in any load range with compact design and convenient transportation.

(2)The thermal recovery steam generator adopts horizontal model and Single-way and forced circulation of single coil arrangement, which is easy to maintain and replace.

(3)The steam generator can produce 80% wet saturated steam and the salinity will be taken by the 20% saturated water, and thus the salinity is not easy to be deposited in furnace pipe and can reduce the requirements of water quality on the Single-way boiler.

(4)The steam generator and water treatment equipment are equipped with advanced automatic control system, instruments, actuator and control valve. The boiler ignition and burning adjustment are controlled by PLC program, which also controls the water treatment equipment. The boiler is equipped with alarming shut down equipment to ensure its safety working. It may also adopt touch screen control and remote communication control according to clients’ requirements.

(5)The whole steam generator and water treatment equipment can either be installed in the room or be mounted on the skid or trailer. It is applicable for field work with fast moving ability.

(6)The burning manner is dual oil and gas. Applicable Fuel: heavy oil, light oil, diesel oil, natural gas, etc.
