We sell the production line with the technology for the partition wall baord. We would help you build your own factory at local area and train your people how to operate the production line.

 

I.Program for Building a Factory

The production capacity: with an annual output of various wallboard 200,000 square meterProduction area: 5000 square meter Production workshop area: 600 to 700 square meter (the width of the workshop should be 12 ~ 14m)

 (note: if using the multi-storage pallet methold to production, can save two-thirds of workshop area. this is an patent technology of our company)

 

   4. Water and electricity requirement: electric load should be 20KW, water  total 20 ton/day.

 

II.Investment analysis:(take the wall board for example)

 

1.   Output:

    Standard Configuration 200 moulds( the length variety from 2.75m to 4m)

  take the mould of 3m length for example:

one shift: 1.8 square meter/ one mould × 200 mould= 360 square meter 

In summer season the temperature is high, would arrange double shift. At the other season,would use the movable multi-storage rack to gather the moulds in one heated room to speed dry up. Make double shift for whole year possible.

 

Annual output:

For one shift:360 m2/day  * 25 days/month * 12 month/year=108,000 m2

For double shift: 720 m2/day * 25 days/month * 12 month/year= 216,000 m2
