Insulated glass is divided into double layers glass and multi-layers glass.

  Insulated glass is made of two or more than two pieces of glass which there is a space with certain width is partitioned by aluminum frame filled with highly efficient molecular absorbent between them. The edge of insulating glass is sealed by high strength sealing sealants. To ensure the performance of IGU, double sealing must be used. Butyl should be used for the first sealing, polysulfide rubber or silicon structural sealants should be chosen according to glazing manner.

  Insulated glass is mainly used in buildings with demand on heating, air conditioning, preventing noise or dew, as well as the buildings preventing direct sunlight and special light.

  Insulated glass can be combined with Low-e glass to further reduce the transmission of heat through the window. Our insulated glass units can be combined with laminated glass to create structures that are heat resistant, noise resistant, insulated glass units can be combined with laminated glass to create structures that are heat resistant, noise resistant, bullet resistant and impact resistant.
