Insulation Glass
     The insulation glass is made up of two or three glass sheets spaced in between with the aluminum spacer frame that is filled with the desiccant, the periphery of which is sealed with butyl stripe as the primary sealing and the thiokol sealant for the secondary to ensure it’s excellent performance in sound and heat insulation, anti- condensation and so on. In the light of specific requirement, the substrates for making insulation glass include the clear glass, tinted glass, heat reflective coated glass, low-e coated glass, tempered glass and laminated glass, etc.

     With the upgrading of people’s living standard, the society attaches more and more importance to the energy saving and environmental protection. The doors and windows made from the ordinary glass sheet can hardly meet the new requirement in respect of thermal insulation due to its high heat emission. The insulation glass made from the low-e coated glass has been favored and recognized by customers for its high light transmittance and better heat insulation.
