The device is automatic stop when the tape broken. Stepless transmission control the traversing pitch, enable to guarantee the butt lap of tape wrapping.

8. Take up: Portal type, lifting and lowering by electric, constant tension control by torque motor, traverse  drive ,frequency conversion control, to guarantee the 2 sides of conductor could not be damaged.
