Environment Friendly Flame-retardant Heat Shrinkable Tube is newly developed environment-friendly flame retardant heat shrinkable tube,using specially designed formulation of high polymers,through cross-link by electronic accelerator and continuous expansion.
The properties of environment-friendly,flexibility flame retadant,quick shrink and stable performance mark them widely used in the field of electronics,communication,automoblile,and widely applied for connecting or end-handing,electric wire,insulating and harness of electric wire,corrosion and rust-proof of metallic rods or tubes,antena protection and marking for other products.

 
Characteristics:
1.Operating Temperature:-55~ 125 ceti degree;
2.Shrinking Temperature:Start at 70 ceti degree,and shrunk totally at 110ceti degree(for thin wall-CB),Or 125 ceti degree for normal wall),longitudinal shrink ratio:Not above 5%;
3.flexible,flame retardant;
4.The Available sizes from 0.6mm~250mm ,Can product upon customer's special requirement;
5.Easy for use,using oven or heating gun and it will shrink;
6.Meet RoHS standard.
Standard colors: Black,White,Red,Yellow,Green,Purple,Blue,Grey,Brown
(Other color available upon request.)

 

Usages:

Heat shrink is used to insulate wires offering abrasion resistance and environmental protection for stranded and solid wire conductors, connections, joints and terminals in electrical engineering. It can also be used to repair the insulation on wires or to bundle them together, to protect wires or small parts from minor abrasion, and to create cable entry seals, offering environmental sealing protection between bulkheads and adding sealability to electrical junction boxes.
