fire rated mdf board:
1. Introduction
Calcium Silicate refractory boards are specifically designed for molten metal applications. Components are machined for the movement, distribution, flow control and casting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The exceptional strength and durability of these boards insures that components are highly resistant to breakage during casting and subsequent cleaning. They have excellent resistance to metal flow.
2. Typical Applications:
· Floats Stoppers
· Dip tubes and spouts· Nozzles
· Distribution boxes, Flow gates
· Hot pipe supports
· Gaskets Rings
· Roller supports
· Heating tape supports
3. Technical Characteristics
· Excellent insulation power
· Excellent mechanical resistanace
· Excellent resistance to thermal shock
· Excellent acoustic and dielectric isolation
