The device looks like a normal car cigarette lighter adapter. 

It actually is a MP3 Player with built-in USB flash memory and FM Transmitter.  

The MP3 PLAYER firstly reads MP3 files which are stored in its built-in flash memory. Then the FM TRANSMITTER modulates the audio signal to FM signal.  In the same time, the radio tuner (receiver) of you car audio system picks up the signal.  You will be able to listen the songs over the FM Radio Receiver in your car. 

It is easy to install and use.  You only need to plug it to the charge socket (12 volt outlet) in your car.  This device can be perfectly integrated with your car audio system.  With the device, you actually turn your car audio into a jukebox. It comes with a remote control.   The device can memorize the sound track and FM channel when you stop the car, and continue to play from that sound track at that FM frequency when you start the car again.

How to use:

Remove the upper part of the MP3 Player, and insert its body to an USB port of a computer. Load your favor MP3 files from the computer to the MP3 Player. Put the upper part and the body together and plug the whole MP3 Player into the charge socket (12 volt outlet) of your car. Turn on the FM Radio Receiver in your car, and select a channel whose frequency is not used by any broadcasting radios. Use the Remote Control to tune the frequency of the MP3 Player and Transmitter. The frequency is displayed by the LED Indicator of the device. Press PLAY button of the remote control to play the music.
