Carbon cloth is made from imported carbon fiber and woven by a special technical process. It is a superior heat insulating material with the best effect when the temperature is above 1800ºC. e.g. Carbon cloth will significantly save energy used as the heat insulating material in Ta and Nb melting. Carbon cloth is also used as the heat insulating layer in vacuum furnace.
