We mainly manufacture steel grades: carbon steel, alloy structure steel, spring steel, bearing steel and tool steel with more than 200 grades, as well as complying with AISI, SAE, ASTM, and DIN standards. And our main specification is from Φ260mm to Φ800mm for forged round bar. Width 200-800mm × thickness 200-800mm for forged square bar and flat bar. The rate of width and thickness is less than 2:1 (width : thickness ≤2:1). The bar’s generally length 4-5.8 meters.

For customers special require, we can do the bar’s length 16 meters Max ; Can do roughly machining; Can do normalizing / annealing / quenching and tempering ; Ultrasonic test can carry out China standard or SEP1921 or ASTM standard .

Our main equipments:

3 sets of 3 tons electro hydraulic hammer,8MN quick forging machine,16MN quick forging machine, 20MN quick forging machine.45MN quick forging machine.20 tons EAF/LF/VD furnace ,30 tons EAF/LF/VD furnace, 60 tons EAF/LF/VD furnace , 5 tons electro slag re-melting furnace. 20 tons electro slag re-melting furnace.
